We have a number of professionals who are members of the Expert Witness Institute. As they are bound by the Institute's Code of Practice, consequently the practice has been accepted into The Law Society of Scotland Directory of Expert Witnesses. This means our skills are readily available to a number of legal firms throughout Scotland. Our involvement usually extends to providing expert reports and making court appearances for medical imaging matters. A significant proportion of this work is currently in the field of industrial lung disease litigation and compensation. While we continue to develop a client base throughout Scotland, the majority of our legal clients are in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
